Winterlicious reservations begin today at almost 200 restaurants across Toronto
Winterlicious is coming and reservations are now being accepted at the nearly 200 participating Toronto restaurants. From January 25 to February 7, step up to the plate and explore Toronto's food culture at this year's Winterlicious, created by the City of Toronto.
Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made online or by telephone directly with the restaurants. Three-course prix fixe lunch menus are priced at $23, $28 and $33, and dinner is priced at $33, $43 and $53. The list of participating restaurants, and their menus, are available online at http://www.toronto.ca/winterlicious.
"I encourage everyone to take part in the 17th annual Winterlicious to enjoy some of the city's best restaurants," said Mayor John Tory. "This event spotlights our local restaurant industry while offering diners diverse and delicious menu options."
"Warm up this winter by savouring new experiences and flavours at Winterlicious,” said Councillor Michael Thompson (Ward 21 Scarborough Centre), Chair of the Economic and Community Development Committee. “Since the program's inception in 2003, participating restaurants have served nearly 7.3 million meals and generated more than $322 million in economic activity for the local restaurant industry."
